Did you know that St Ives has tennis courts?
They are just above Porthminster Beach on Primrose Valley. You get there by walking along the back path behind Porthminster Beach and turning under the railway track beside the loos on Porthminster Beach.
They sit below the magnificent St Ives Harbour Hotel.
They are synthetic clay courts and are open all year round. They have views over to the town and across the sea.
Visitors can use the courts on a pay and play basis during the week - just visit their website to book.
Weekends are reserved for members, league matches and junior coaching.
They don't hire out rackets so you will need to bring your own.
There is no parking at the club and the nearest car park is as the St Ives Station.
